SL Interviews!

I have to tell you this assignment was a bit overwhelming. I am not very comfortable with SL quite yet and felt odd about walking up to random people to get info. I must say I have difficulty finding people who would 'talk' and/or talk about podcasting and not about other inappropriate 'stuff'.

I went to Wheelies a few times over the weekend and found it difficult to find people!! I was surprised by this as I kept getting emails sharing all the 'happenings' at Wheelies this weekend, however when I teleported there I couldn't find anyone...I pulled up the little map and found no little green dots (people).

I did talk to two people...both of which were in Wheelies and both were eager to help out. However, when I asked them what they knew about podcasting...neither had any info to give me about podcasting nor did they subscribe to one. It was odd because when talking to the one (Stark Footman) this person said "Do you want to know how to create one?" I replied, No I would like to just know what you personally know about podcasting, if you susbscribe to any, etc. This person then said..."Oh...I don't know anything about podcasting." I thought it was odd as I assumed that when she/he was asking if I wanted help making one that she would know what it was and perhaps even subscribed. Wrong!
